When I started working in the online business sphere I came across my first business mentor, the founder of the Heart Centered Soul Driven Entrepreneur’s Facebook Group, who raved about her kinesiologist and how much she helped in business. Back then I didn’t get it. I thought that to be successful in business you needed to know how to sell and have a strategy. I had very little awareness of how important mindset was.

In this week’s podcast episode, I interviewed Jax Palazzo because I wanted to hear about the power of kinesiology in business ¬†from a business kinesiologist. The first thing that Jax said which gave me a powerful aha moment is that in her words business is 50% strategy and 50% energy. Now that is a powerful statement. And the reiki master in me can only agree with this, although the lawyer might shrug her shoulders a bit.

We discussed how kinesiology can help you ramp up your intuition and cut off some of the noise that surrounds business owners. This enables people to have it easier. In the trade I come from, people glorify how hard they work but this is not healthy. Why go for the hard route when you could have it so much easier? I don’t think that people who aim for ease and flow are less deserving than those who work hard. It is one of the new paradigms that we bring to the business world and the world at large. Gone are the days of our parents or grand parents when working hard was the only option.

But Jax also shared with us a technique that we can use to ask our body (which is often a lot wiser than we are) what decisions feels right for it. I challenge you to use her technique to see if working with her is right for you in this moment in time.

There was a lot of laughter in our interview that words will not be able to convey properly so hop over to the podcast either by listening to it on the player below or in iTunes or stitcher. If you have enjoyed this episode, please leave a rating and a review and share with anyone you feel might benefit from listening to it.

Last but not least, if you want to find out more about Jax Palazzo, here is the link to her website.
