When I studied law in Paris, I used to cry over my revisions in the first two years because we were obliged to study PI as part of the first two years curriculum. I never told my peers because I was too ashamed. I avoided violent films and even cried my eyes red watching Disney films like Bambi. No one knew at the prestigious law firm i worked at.

If you, like me, have been hiding your sensitivity in business, because you thought it was a curse, I want to help turn it into a superpower. I have twelve tips for you:

  1. Honour your sensitivity
  2. Stop trying to please everyone
  3. Learn about energy
  4. Love your BS detector
  5. Less is more
  6. Stop solving other people’s problems (and enabling them)
  7. Get rid of negative beliefs about sensitivity
  8. Learn what’s yours and what’s not
  9. Hone your intuition
  10. Create energetic boundaries
  11. Follow your path
  12. Seek the company of other sensitive entrepreneurs

I go into much more detail in the podcast, so head over and listen. I will be teaching energy intelligence basics in my challenge called 5 days to energy without coffee. If you would like to join us, we start on Sunday the 24th of May. You need to have signed up for the newsletter and asked to join the group where the challenge will be run by Friday the 22nd. Here is the link to join us.
